Product Description

Atmospheric Stainless Steel electric heating reactor has the advantages of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no environmental pollution, no need for automatic boiler heating, easy to use and low price. It is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries. The material is 304 stainless steel.

Structure principle and characteristics of reactor: the reactor is composed of pot body, pot cover, agitator, jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. the material and opening can be determined according to the process requirements of users. Heating forms include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open fire heating, etc. Jacket type is divided into jacket type and outer half tube type. Jacket oil heating type is equipped with guide device. Generally, there are paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraping wall type and so on. High speed class has dispersed impeller type, turbine type, high shear type, propeller type, for customers to choose according to the process. The transmission forms include ordinary motor, explosion-proof motor, electromagnetic speed regulating motor, frequency converter, etc. the reducer has cycloid needle wheel type, worm gear type and planetary stepless speed change type. The shaft seal is composed of ordinary water cooling packing seal, combined tetrafluoroethylene packing seal and mechanical seal. Discharge form has Ball Valve, downward valve.
